You can book directly with us via WhatsApp or via AirBnb. Booking directly often gives you access to the best rates and more flexible options.

Are there discounts for long stays?
Yes, we offer special discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Please contact us directly for tailored offers if you plan to stay longer.

How do I reach Serankua?
You can easily find us on Google Maps.

From Santa Marta: Take a shared CootransMinca van from either the Public Market of Santa Marta, or Mamatoco office; or motorbike taxi. Private taxi transfer is also possible (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).

From Minca town: Serankua is located a short walk away from CootransMinca office.

Do you offer transfers?
Yes, we can help arrange private transfers from Santa Marta, the airport, Taganga and so on.

Can I start the Lost City Trek from Minca?
Yes! Serankua is an excellent base if you plan to start the Lost City Trek (Ciudad Perdida). We can connect you with certified tour operators departing from Minca.

Is birdwatching possible around Serankua?
Absolutely. Minca is famous worldwide for birding, with species such as toucans, hummingbirds, and tanagers. You can book guided birdwatching tours directly with us.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we do have Wi-Fi, our provider is StarLink, so it is suitable for getting in touch with your family and friends, remote working and so on.

Are meals available?
We are one of the very few options in Minca to provide facilities such as a gym and shared kitchens, and the best restaurants in Minca are just a stroll away from Serankua: make yourself at home! While we do not provide meals nor include breakfast a the moment, we give you flexibility.

Is Serankua eco-friendly?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability with eco-conscious construction, limited plastic use, and respect for the natural environment.

Is there hot water in the showers?

Provided it is not common to have hot water in the showers in the Caribbean Coast of Colombia, some of our rooms have hot water and jacuzzi.

Do all rooms have private bathroom?

Some of the rooms have access to shared bathrooms, while hoters have private bathroom too: please feel free to ask any time you are unsure about what the room you'd like to book includes.
